2023 CSHA State Finals!

The Equestrian Center of Walnut Creek is located inside Heather Farm Park. 925 N. San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek. Take N. San Carlos Drive into the park,

go past the ball fields, past the community center, road veers to the left, past the Dog park, just over the little bridge is the Equestrian Center on the left.


Check-in starts 7:00am - Event starts at 9:00am 

Daily high point & reserve awards Leadline run during lunch break

Lunch will be available for purchase on site from Groovy Gorditas

Entry Fee – Division Riders $50.00 (includes $2.00 Region/Rating fee)

Leadline $10.00 (4 Rated Events)


Other information

  • A release of liability from both CSHA and ECWC must be correctly filled out and on file before mounting any horse.
  • Helmets are REQUIRED for minors 17 & under!
  • Please clean up ALL your garbage, hay & manure before leaving the show grounds.
  • Required show attire: Long pants with belt loops, boots, tucked in button down western shirt. No crop tops, tee shirts, ball caps, visors or heeled riding shoes. Safety helmets strongly recommended for Adults. All events will be run in accordance with current CSHA Rules & 
  • No refunds except for lameness. 
  • Stallions cannot be shown, ridden or handled on the premises by anyone under the age of 18. 
  • All dogs must be leashed and under control at all time. 
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entries. 
  • Please remember this is a family event!! NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON GROUNDS. 
  • Haul in fee for horses not used in competition will be reinforced. Schooling runs will be allowed if there is time and at a cost of 5.00 per run/rider/horse 


You do not need to be a member of ECWC or Region 5 to compete.
