ECWC Membership:Click on Application forms below and mail them with a check payable to ECWC: PO Box 3532 Walnut Creek, CA 94598 OR pay via credit card by clicking on the appropriate Buy Now membership options to the right. If you prefer, you can also download your membership forms, complete, scan or take a photo of them, and email to Sue Howell at membership@ecwc.org.

2) -If- you are ALSO going to be an arena member you must download, READ, SIGN and return the arena rules with your membership app and liability form.

Why become a member of the Equestrian Center of Walnut Creek? Ask yourself these questions:

IF you answered Yes(!) to any of the above.... please read below about the three different types of memberships available 1) Social, 2) Social+Arena, 3) Group Club Membership 4) Special 3 Month Youth(under 18):
1)Social membership- how much is it and what do you get?
Cost: $10 for Youth (Under 18); $20 for Adults; $30 for Family (Children Under 18), $200 Lifetime
- Emails from us to let you know about ECWC and other great local horse events
- Invitations to special events like our Club Member BBQs and Movie nights
- Discounted pricing for rental of our arenas and horse show classes
- Our immense gratitude for helping us keep horses in the heart of our community by supporting two wonderful riding arenas in Heather Farm Park!
2)Social + Arena membership- how much is it and what benefits do you get?
Cost: $50 Added cost to any of the above Social memberships
- All the above PLUS you get the code for the arena combination locks so you can go ride your horse(s) at our arenas whenever they are open and not rented for an event or show. Generally our arenas are open anytime that the footing is in good condition and safe. You must check the website and our calendar to find out if the arenas are open and are NOT rented for the day. Please note you are required to follow arena rules- click on arena rules above to download a copy.
- The great feeling of accomplishment in keeping our arenas maintained and helping our organization thrive! Arena members are asked to work a minimum of 16 hours per year by helping at an ECWC event/show/clinic, arena cleanup or maintenance day or even by attending event planning or board meetings. Get creative and bring your family and friends to work together with you...their hours can count toward your 16 hours! Be sure to check in with the event organizer to log your hours!
3) Group Club Membership- how much is it and what benefits do you get?
Cost: $40 for Junior Club(members Under 18), $50 Senior Club
- Discounted pricing for Arena Rentals (this can easily pay for your membership! See attached arena rental)
- A seat on our board so you have a vote on board decisions!
Please note: Individual Group Club Members who wish to have a social and/or arena membershership(which also qualify you as a CSHA Member) must purchase their memberships individually.
4) Special Youth 3 Month Arena Membership ONLY Available for Youth(under 18) - how much is it and what benefits do you get?
Cost: $18
- This is a combined Social and Arena membership available for 3mo period -- Must follow Arena use rules
- Youth who are riding with special approved summer programs may opt for this membership, please reach out to our membership chair Sue Howell for more information membership@ecwc.org
Individual Youth Membership (under 18) $10.00
Individual Adult Membership: $20.00
Family Membership: $30
Single Life Membership: $200.00
Arena Use Fee: $50.00
Allows use of arenas *when open* as posted on website www.ecwc.org PLEASE NOTE: The Arena Use Fee must be paid IN ADDITION to an Individual, Family or Life Social Membership. Example: Adult arena membership cost is $20+$50=$70/yr.
Youth 3-Month Arena Membership: $18
